This is a uncertified class action by Plaintiff William Barnick (“Plaintiff’) against Defendants Wyeth and Does 1 to 50 alleging various wage-related claims. Defendant Wyeth (“Defendant”) develops, manufactures, and sells pharmaceutical products.
