This consolidated class action lawsuit 1 raises the question of whether individuals employed as Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives (“Reps”) are entitled to overtime pay under the federal Fair Labor Standards Act (the “FLSA” or “Act”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 201 et seq., and corresponding state wage and hour laws.
