MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
JOYCE HENS GREEN, District Judge.
Presently before the Court is the United States’ motion to dismiss the Fifth Round Petitions of Khawaja Qadeer Ahmed (“Ahmed”) and Commercial Bank of Kuwait (“CBK”), which were filed pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 1963(() (“L-Claim”). For the reasons stated below, the motions to dismiss will be denied.
