The government here challenges district court judgments exempting certain property from criminal forfeiture on petition by third parties pursuant to 21 U.S.C. § 853(n).
Christopher Reckmeyer (Christopher) pled guilty to conducting a continuing criminal enterprise in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 848. In conjunction with his plea, Christopher agreed to forfeit to the United States virtually all of his assets, both discovered and undiscovered.
