The allegations of the complaint and the evidence on the part of plaintiff were to the effect: That on or about 28 February, 1929, plaintiffs made a contract with defendant, a Delaware corporation, through certain of its agents, whereby the plaintiff became the sole representative and distributor of the defendant's soap products in certain territory comprising five counties (Craven, Onslow, Jones, Pamlico and Carteret) in North Carolina.
