The appellant, Larry G. Tyrues, through counsel, seeks review of an April 7, 2004, Board of Veterans’ Appeals (Board) decision that denied disability compensation for a lung disorder as a chronic disability because the evidence did not support a finding that it resulted from an undiagnosed illness and therefore did not warrant service connection on a presumptive basis under 38 U.S.C. § 1117.
