Kilday, Judge:

Charged with larceny, sodomy, and false swearing, in violation of Articles 121, 125, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 921, 925, and 934, respectively, accused pleaded not guilty. A general court-martial, however, convicted him as charged, and sentenced accused to a dishonorable discharge, total forfeitures, and confinement at hard labor for two years.
