The accused was convicted by general court-martial of three offenses of burglary, in violation of Article 129, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 50 USC § 723, and two offenses in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 50 USC § 728, one of indecent assault, the other of indecent liberties with a female less than 16 years of age. He was sentenced to dishonorable discharge, total forfeitures, and confinement for 42 years. The convening authority approved the findings and sentence.
