TD Waterhouse Investor Services, Inc., Waterhouse Securities, Inc., Neil Kirk Porter and Anthony Tyson Pope (collectively, “defend ants”) appeal from an order denying their motion to compel arbitration. For the reasons stated herein; we affirm the order of the trial court.
