The defendants Ira N. Shelansky and Linda J. Shelansky 1 appeal from the judgment of foreclosure by sale rendered in favor of the plaintiff, R. F. Daddario & Sons, Inc. The defendants claim that the trial court improperly (1) determined that the plaintiff had standing to bring this action, (2) determined that the plaintiffs delay in foreclosing the mortgage did not indicate an intent to abandon the mortgage or bar its action under the doctrine of laches, (3) failed to find that the defendants were under duress when they signed the subject note and mortgage and that the…
