The defendants, Edward Bender and Clara Bender, in their capacity as executors of the estate of Edward Stebner (decedent), appeal 1 from the judgment of the trial court in favor of the plaintiffs, John Bender and Carl Bender, on their claim for specific performance of a contract for the sale of real property held by the estate.
