The sole issue in this certified appeal is whether the trial court improperly denied a motion to terminate alimony based upon its factual finding that the financial impact component of General Statutes § 46b-86 (b)1 had not been satisfied. The motion had *717been based upon a clause in the dissolution judgment that provided for the termination of alimony upon the recipient’s “cohabitation” with an unrelated male but did not expressly require consideration of the financial impact of such a living arrangement.
