Before the court are cross-motions for summary judgment pursuant to USCIT R. 56. By its motion Plaintiff challenges the United States Bureau of Customs and Border Protection’s (“Customs”) 1 classification of certain entries of merchandise as “other calcareous stone” under subheading 6802.92.00 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (“HTSUS”) (1998).
