The respondents were owners of residence property in Spokane. Appellant Clyde E. Bear was engaged in the real-estate business. Eugene H. O’Brien was in his employ as a salesman. On September 10, 1948, respondents gave to appellants an exclusive listing of their property, with authority to secure a purchaser. The listing extended to September 13th. On September 28th, another listing was given extending to October 28th. On November 1st, the listing was extended to January 1, 1949.
