In this personal injury action, the plaintiff, Mary Brennan, appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered following the granting of the motion to dismiss filed by the defendant, the town of Fairfield (town). On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court improperly dismissed the action for lack of subject matter jurisdiction on the ground that she had not provided timely notice of the alleged incident.
