The plaintiff, Zbigneiw J. Witczak, appeals from the trial court’s judgment dismissing his complaint, which alleged intentional interference with his employment contract and intentional infliction of emotional distress arising from the defendants’ review of the plaintiffs candidacy for tenure status1 at the University of Connecticut. Each of the defendants, Michael Gerald, Diane Burgess and Alexandras Makriyannis, recommended that the plaintiff be denied tenure.
