Plaintiffs Olivet, Marcus and Lucidi appeal from a judgment of dismissal of all causes of action alleged against defendants Frischling et al.

Plaintiffs’ fourth amended complaint alleges as follows: Plaintiffs and all named defendants are members of Whittier Leasing Company, a general partnership formed to assist Whittier Hospital in its remodeling program and general financial well-being.
