This is an appeal from a Harris County district court’s judgment denying recognition of a foreign money judgment that appellant, The Courage Company, L.L.C. (“Courage”) obtained against appellee, The ChemShare Corporation (“ChemShare”) in the District Court of Tokyo, Japan.
