GEORGE W. Latimer, Judge:

Petitioner was tried by general court-martial on the charge of voluntary manslaughter. The court found him guilty of negligent homicide and sentenced him to a bad conduct discharge, total forfeitures, and confinement for one year. The convening authority approved the conviction and sentence and the board of review in the office of The Judge Advocate General of the Army affirmed.
