ROBERT E. Quinn, Chief Judge:

Petitioner was tried by general court-martial in Korea for the offense of premeditated murder in violation of Article of War 92, 10 U.S.C. § 1564. He was found guilty, by exceptions and substitutions, of voluntary manslaughter in violation of Article of War 93, 10 U.S.C. § 1565. He was sentenced on July 17, 1951, to a dishonorable discharge, total forfeiture of pay, and confinement for ten years. The convening authority approved and an Army board of review affirmed.
