United States Credit Bureau, Incorporated, a corporation, as assignee of Seaboard Finance Company, brought this action to recover the amount of alleged deficiencies remaining on two promissory notes given by James R. Sanders and Marion E. Sanders to Seaboard secured by two chattel mortgages on motor vehicles they had purchased, after foreclosure, and sale of the security by Seaboard. Defendants Sanders answered and filed a cross-complaint bringing in as a cross-defendant, Seaboard Finance Company, which answered the cross-complaint. Cross-complainants sought to recover all sums…
