On March 11, 1961, a petition and accusation was filed in this court by the Practice of Law Committee of the Minnesota State Bar Association, wherein disbarment or other disciplinary action was sought against Allen I. Nilva, an attorney at law of the State of Minnesota, hereafter referred to as respondent. The petition alleged that on or about April 1, 1954, Allen I.
