This is an appeal from an order denying defendant’s motion in the alternative for amended findings of fact and conclusions of law or for a new trial.

Defendant is a cooperative creamery located at Cambridge, Minnesota. In the spring of 1950 it decided to enlarge its operations by opening a milk bottling plant in Minneapolis for the purpose of engaging in the business of selling bottled milk in that city in order to encourage its farm patrons to engage in the production of Grade A milk.
