This is an action to recover unpaid earnings under an alleged exclusive sales contract and damages for breach of the contract and for an injunction prohibiting defendant from using certain tradenames.
Only a brief summary of tbe facts elicited at the trial are necessary for the determination of the issues herein considered. Defendant is a farmers’ co-operative creamery which has for many years been in operation at Cambridge, Minnesota.
