Appeal from an order denying alternative motion for amended findings or a new trial.

Many of the facts are not seriously in dispute. Plaintiffs are husband and wife. Defendants are the parents of plaintiff Susan Roske, wife of Philip. During the summer of 1947, plaintiffs were both employed by St. John’s University at Collegeville. Philip, as an electrician, earned about $225 per month, and Susan, working in the school laundry, earned about $120 per month. Philip had been so employed since 1934, with the exception of a period of about two years when he was in the United States…
