In this first degree murder case, the State has appealed an order of the Superior Court (Murphy, J.) suppressing statements the defendant made to federal drug agents concerning his involvement in the murder of a Meredith man. RSA 630:l-a, 1(b); RSA 606:10. After reviewing the record in this case, we hold that the trial'court’s decision was not against the manifest weight of the evidence and therefore affirm.
