A general court-martial composed of officer members convicted appellant, contrary to his pleas, of 1 specification of assault consummated by battery on a child under the age of 16 years, and 2 specifications of committing indecent acts, in violation of Articles 128 and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 928 and 934, respectively. In accordance with his guilty pleas, appellant also was convicted of 3 specifications of larceny and 8 specifications of wrongfully disposing of stolen property, in violation of Articles 121 and 134, UCMJ,…
