FLETCHER, Judge:

Appellant was tried by a general court-martial composed of a military judge and members on July 16, 1981, at Fort Hood, Texas. Contrary to his pleas, he was convicted of one specification of possession of marihuana and three specifications of solicitation of other persons to transfer, use, and possess marihuana, all violations of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 934.
