This is a direct appeal from the imposition of a sentence of death by the Court of Common Pleas of York County, in which *396Appellant Milton Montalvo raises thirty-seven (37) issues for our review. We affirm.

FACTS & PROCEDURAL HISTORY

The record shows that in April of 1998, Appellant, who had recently separated from his wife, Miriam Ascensio, had a telephone conversation with her while he was in a local grocery store.
