Patrick Fyfe is no shrinking violet. Over the course of his 20-year career with the City of Fort Wayne Parks and Recreation Department, Fyfe has filed numerous lawsuits and administrative agency complaints against his employer. Not surprisingly, he is not particularly popular with his supervisors.
