This zoning appeal arises out of four consolidated zoning appeals concerning a restaurant in Norwalk. In each of the four cases, the parties are the same. The defendants Kevin Conroy, Steven Cook and *224R.S.R., LLC,1 are the owners of the restaurant and appeal from the trial court’s reversal of certain decisions of the defendant zoning board of appeals of the city of Norwalk (board).
