PREMO, J. —
Defendant Corey Tidwell appeals from an order after judgment in which the trial court denied his application to reduce two felonies to misdemeanors pursuant to Proposition 47. Defendant contends the trial court erred in finding the felonies ineligible for designation as misdemeanors because they had previously been dismissed pursuant to Penal Code section 1203.4.
