This is an appeal by claimant from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County entered in favor of the defendant in a workmen’s compensation case.

The referee made an award in favor of claimant. From this award, defendant appealed to the Workmen’s Compensation Board which reversed the referee and set aside the latter’s third and fourth findings of fact on which the award was based and substituted the following supplemental findings of fact: “1.
