THE COURT.
The above actions were brought to recover for goods alleged to have been sold and delivered to defendants W. A. England and H. E. Moss. The trial court found in favor of England, who will be hereinafter referred to as the defendant, and the plaintiffs have appealed from the respective judgments entered in his favor.
