This is an appeal by the plaintiff from a judgment in its favor against the defendant R. W. Ogle and Company for $14,445 in an action brought by the plaintiff against R. W. Ogle and R. W. Ogle and Company, a corporation (hereinafter referred to as “Ogle Company”), upon an alleged joint venture between the plaintiff and the defendants Ogle and Ogle Company relating to the development of disposable syringes.
