1Per curiam
In this attorney disciplinary matter, the Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) filed three separate sets of formal charges against respondent, David Arthur Braghirol. After two hearings, the Panel recommended that respondent be suspended from the practice of law for six months, with conditions, and be required to pay the costs of the proceedings. We agree a definite suspension, with conditions, is the appropriate sanction, but we impose a nine-month suspension.
