In this attorney disciplinary matter, the Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) filed formal charges with the Commission on Lawyer Conduct alleging David Arthur Braghirol (Respondent) engaged in the practice of law by accepting legal fees while his license to practice law in South Carolina was suspended.
