In this attorney disciplinary matter, the Commission on Lawyer Conduct (the Commission) investigated an allegation of misconduct against Sean J. Prendergast (Respondent) involving Respondent’s solicitation of a client to invest funds in a commercial real estate venture. After a full investigation, the Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) filed Formal Charges against Respondent.
