This is an action against the City of Los Angeles and the members of its Board of Public Works to recover the sum of $7,781.34 upon three rejected claims for personal services alleged to have been performed by plaintiff for the city. A demurrer to the complaint, and to each of the five counts set forth therein, upon the ground of insufficiency of facts, was sustained, with leave to amend, and plaintiff, having declined to amend, judgment of dismissal was entered.
