MEMORANDUM OPINION

BATES, District Judge.

In this case brought pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended by the Civil Rights Act of 1991, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., ten plaintiffs allege a pattern and practice of discrimination against African-American and female union members.
