Homer Ferguson, Judge:

Tried by general court-martial upon a charge of larceny, in violation of Uniform Code of Military Justice, Article 121, 10 USC § 921, the accused was found guilty and sentenced to dishonorable discharge, confinement at hard labor for three years, reduction to the grade of Airman Basic, and a fine of $5,000.00, with provision for two additional years of imprisonment in the event such fine was not paid.
