George W. Latimer, Judge:. A certificate from The Judge Advocate General of the Navy in accordance with the Uniform Code of Military Justice, Article 67(b) (2) (Act of May 6, 1950, 64 Stat. 108, 50 U. S. C. §§ 551-736) brings this case before us. Accused was tried by a special court-martial on two charges, one for violation of Article 8(1), and the other for violation of Article 22(a), of the Articles for- the Government of the Navy.
