Defendants appeal from an order denying their motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or a new trial.

Plaintiff’s action is for the recovery of damages for personal injuries sustained when she fell just inside the street entrance door of a cafe which defendants operated as a part of the Augusta Hotel in Fairmont. Defendants’ hotel is located at the right-angle intersection of Blue Earth avenue and Park street.
