MILLER, Judge.

Before the court after argument is respondent’s second motion for review of Special Master John F. Edwards’s award of attorneys’ fees and costs to petitioner. The special master set the hourly rates for counsel who prosecuted petitioner’s claim under the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986, 42 U.S.C. §§ 300aa-1 to 300aa-34 (2000) (the ‘Vaccine Act”). Respondent sought review of the original award of attorneys’ fees and paralegal fees.
