This case is before the Court for review of the Special Master’s decision awarding attorneys’ fees and costs to petitioners. Avera v. *401Sec’y of HHS, No. 04-1385V (Fed.Cl.Spec.Mstr. Aug. 29, 2006). Petitioners’ counsel maintains Ms law practice in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and is experienced in handling cases before tMs Court under the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program, 42 U.S.C. § 300aa-l et seq.
