This matter is before the Court on Defendant’s motion to dismiss or, in the alternative, for summary judgment. Dkt. 30. The amended complaint includes a variety of claims alleging workplace discrimination on the basis of age, in violation of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act of 1967 (“ADEA”), and on the basis of national origin, in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”).
