This copyright infringement action is before the Court on Defendant’s motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction, or, in the alternative, for failure to state a claim. See Dkt. 7. Defendant ⅛ Youku Tudou Inc. (“Youku”), a Chinese internet television company. Plaintiff is Triple Up Limited (“Triple Up”), a Seychelles corporation.
