Plaintiff Sheree McManus, a black woman who was fifty-eight years old when she filed this case, has worked for Defendant Federal Emergency Management Agency (“FEMA”) for more than a decade. ‘ Her frustrations with her employer began when FEMA did not select her to replace her outgoing supervisor, as that supervisor had recommended.
