HEDRICK, Chief Judge.

Plaintiffs first assignment of error is set out in the record as follows: “The Industrial Commission erred in denying Appellant’s request to present necessary evidence which would likely have affected the outcome of the case.” The record reveals the following facts necessary to an understanding of this assignment of error.
