Employer seeks judicial review of a Workers’ Compensation Board (Board) order concluding that claimant’s claim for a “toxic exposure condition” is compensable. The compensability issue centers on the meaning and application of the statutory requirement that the claim must be “established by medical evidence supported by objective findings.” ORS 656.005(7)(a); ORS 656.802(2)(d).
